Samira Ann Sand
28 January 1984 - 13 June 2022
From the day Samira entered this world, to the day she left us, she was a bright light and a beacon of strength. Gorgeous and strikingly beautiful, she lit up every room with her smile and contagious laughter, but more radiant was her heart of gold. Her sweet nature yet infectious smile captivated all who knew and met her. The second born daughter of six children to Mazen and Mona Bahu, she never got lost in the mix. She dedicated her free time to spending it with family and friends and the love of her life, Kevin. Their love story was beyond perfection, from their cute banter, nicknames and playfulness, to traveling around the world, they always cherished the little things and stayed grounded in big moments. Her nephews, Remington “Dibbo” and Luke “keke” (also her godson) never failed to light up her world, she couldn’t get enough kisses and videos. She already picked out a nickname for her niece who will carry her middle name, Thaya Ann- “Teddy Ann”. The special relationships that she had with her parents and every sibling was full of tenderness, love and an indescribable bond.
May her memory be eternal!
Love you forever and miss you always.
Samira lived life to fullest, her wishes were that we continue to celebrate her life joyfully.
She asked for her family and friends in attendance to wear white to commemorate her life.
We will be creating an album with photos and memories with all those she loved.
Please bring your favorite photo with Samira to share (size 4x6).
