Ruth Patricia Rodriguez (De Los Reyes)

Ruth “Cuca” Rodriguez of Orange CA, a beloved Mother and Nana passed away peacefully on March 27, 2023, surrounded by her loving family in her home of 61 years. Ruth’s legacy will live on through her 5 children, Lorraine Rodriguez, Veronica Castillo, (son-in-law Joe Castillo), Yvonne Rodriguez, Karen Baker, Primo Rodriguez III, 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and her beloved chihuahua Ginger. Ruth was strong in her faith and took great comfort knowing God would be taking her home and she would be reunited with her beloved son Richard Rodriguez, parents Gabriel and Amelia De Los Reyes, brothers Gabriel De Los Reyes Jr. and Jack De Los Reyes. Ruth was truly a loving and selfless woman who was always willing to open her arms and home to anyone in need. Ruth was no stranger to hard work, and instilled a great work ethic in her family, a skill that has served them well. We are comforted in the knowledge that our mother and nana has been embraced by our Lord and is now without pain. Although she will be missed dearly by all who loved her, she did not want us to sad about her passing, she said… “Be happy and remember the good times.”
