In Loving Memory of Roberto S. Muriel

August 24, 1998 – March 21, 2025

With broken hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Roberto (Jr.) Muriel, who left this world far too soon at the age of 26 on March 21, 2025, in Westminster, Ca. Robert was born on August 24, 1998, in Anaheim, Ca. and was raised in Westminster, where he spent most of his life.

Robert was known for his sharp wit, resilient spirit, and the kind of humor that could light up even the darkest of days. His presence was magnetic, his heart enormous, and his ability to uplift others—unmatched. He lived his life with authenticity, love, and a fierce loyalty to those he held dear.

A creative soul, Robert had a deep love for art and self-expression. He saw beauty in the world around him and channeled that into his passion for creativity. He was a true foodie with a special love for spicy chips and Tapatío—a love that started in childhood and never faded. Thoughtful and well-mannered, Robert always made sure others felt welcomed and included, often making you laugh without even trying.

He is deeply missed by his loving father, Roberto Muriel Sr.; his stepmother, Erica Muriel; his cherished siblings, Giavonna Muriel, Adrian Muriel and Anthony Barresi; and by countless family and friends whose lives were touched by his presence. Robert now reunites in peace with his beloved mother, Maria Lynn Williamson Muriel, who preceded him in death.

To know Robert was to love him. He was not only a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend—but a radiant soul who made a lasting impact on every heart he encountered. His memory will forever live on in the stories, the laughter, and the love he shared.

We are beyond grateful for the overwhelming support, prayers, and kindness shown to our family during this incredibly painful time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
