In Loving Memory of Roberto (Toto) Zazueta Gonzalez and Susan Mary Gonzalez

 

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roberto (Toto) Gonzalez , who passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025 at the age of 74. Just three days later, the love of his life, Susan Mary Gonzalez, followed him, joining him in eternal rest.

 

Toto, born on March 6, 1950 in Corpus Christi, Texas was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He dedicated his life to his family, instilling in them values of kindness, integrity, and resilience. He is survived by his four children: Tina, Angela, Bernie, Robert, as well as grandchildren, Krystal, Jordan, Lil Robert, Lil David, Raylene, Darell, Avannah, Roxanne, and great grandchildren, Maxine and Lukas, all of whom he loved dearly and who will forever carry his legacy forward.

 

Susan Mary Gonzalez, born on November 17, 1950, was the heart and soul of their family. A loving wife, mother and Nana, she was known for her nurturing spirit and unwavering devotion to her loved ones. Her gentle presence and infectious laughter will forever be cherished. She and Toto shared an incredible 56 years of marriage, built on love, respect, and a deep partnership that served as a model of devotion for everyone around them.

 

Together, they built a life full of memories, shared adventures, and unwavering support. Their love story is one of beauty, and their passing so close together is a testament to the bond they shared. In their final days, they were surrounded by the love of their children, and their passing marks the end of a chapter that touched so many lives.

 

A service will be held to honor their lives and the deep love they shared.
