Philip C. Winders, beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, just days before his 73rd birthday. Born on August 11, 1952, in Pocahontas, Arkansas, to Marvin and Dorothy Winders. Philip spent his early years in Decatur, Illinois before coming to Orange County, California in 1957. For the past 30 years, he made his home in Fullerton, California, where he operated a landscape maintenance business. Philip was very social person throughout his life and was dedicated to helping family, friends and fellow community members anyway he could. Philip had a deep love for the holidays, especially Christmas and Halloween, when his home became a joyful and magical display. His passion for collecting all things Disney brought him great joy, which he shared with family and friends. Philip survived by his brother Stephen Winders, his sister, Suzanne, Vassar, three nephews – Andrew, Brett and Nicholas – as well as three grand nephews, Logan, Carson and Austin and one grand niece, Emery and his favorite aunt, Cathleen Schwartzkopf.
