Natividad Rivera Vasquez Obituary

NATIVIDAD “NOBBY” VASQUEZ

OBITUARY

Natividad “Nobby” Vasquez, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 3, 2026, with his family by his side, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. He was born on December 25, 1937, in Texas and was 88 years old.

He moved to California with his family while he was in high school. It was there, at Santa Ana High School, that he met the love of his life, Josephine “Josie” Vasquez. She took him under her wing, and the rest was history. Together, they built a beautiful life rooted in love, devotion, and family.

They went on to establish their business, A-1 Radiator, in Santa Ana and made their home in Orange, where they created a warm and welcoming place for family and friends.

Nobby was a man who loved adventure and the great outdoors. He especially loved going to the desert, riding dune buggies, quads, and motorcycles, and spending time camping with those he loved. Glamis was his favorite place — where he felt most alive, free, and at peace.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Josephine Vasquez, and by his beloved daughter, Juanita “Jenny” Vasquez.

He is survived by his loving children, Theresa “Terri” Vasquez and Manuel “Tiger” Vasquez, and daughter-in-law Debbie Vasquez; his cherished grandchildren Anthony Cue, Allyson Edge, Nathan, Madison, and Nicole Vasquez; and his great-grandchildren, Sean Cue and Josephine “JoJo” Cue.

Nobby created a home filled with laughter, stories, love, and unforgettable memories. His strength, loyalty, generosity, and deep devotion to his family will forever be his legacy.

He will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him as an extraordinary husband, father, grandfather, and friend. We find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his beloved wife and daughter, watching over us as our beautiful angel in heaven.
