Maria Angie Torres

Maria Torres, known to family and friends as Angie, aged 72, passed away peacefully September 17, 2020 due to Covid related circumstances. She was born March 25, 1948 in Tijuana, Baja California to Cruz and Marina and married Hugo Enrique Torres July 08, 1968 who preceded her in death in July of 2000. Beloved sister to Martha, Cruz, and Sylvia, precious mother of Louis and Sergio, and cherished grandmother of Noah, Melina, Kaen, and Kailani.

Angie loved to love people and would always position herself in the middle of all things which caught her fancy, ever ready to assist in any way she could. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and above all her bright smile and infectious laugh. Her life and passing was a picture of perseverance as she proved time and time again, through her single-minded and resolute determination she would strive her utmost to overcome any challenge brought before her. 

Angie will always be adored and greatly missed by those that had the privilege and opportunity to really know her, please join us in a celebration of her life.
