Linda Katherine Cucovatz passed away on February 28, 2019 at the age of 68 after a brief illness. Linda was born in Ohio and her family moved to Orange in 1961. She moved to Anaheim when she got married in 1977 to her husband Larry. Linda received her undergraduate degree from Cal State Fullerton and her master's degree from UCLA in library science. She worked as a librarian for the City of Orange for over 10 years.

She became a librarian for the then brand-new Santiago Canyon College in 1986 and also instructed in the library program at Santiago Canyon College and at Cal State Fullerton. Linda retired in 2010 and was an avid reader and loved to travel. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, sister Leslie and four nephews.
