Jemi Sue Klimek

Jemi Sue Klimek (Critchfield) 

Born 12-02-1941 in Peroria, Il and died 12-18-2021 in Orange, Ca. Jemi was born to parents Jack Garrison Critchfield and Ellie Mae Critchfield. Jemi's younger years were spent in Illinois and Iowa. After high school she attended Metropolitan Business College in Chicago and graduated as an Executive Secretary. Jemi was an Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant for many companies in Illinois and California. 

Her first marriage in 1960 produced 2 children, Jodette & John. The family moved to California in 1967 and later divorced. 

In 1973 through a mutual friend she met Ralph Klimek. A year later they moved to Tustin and later bought the house they first rented. After a few years they married. Their anniversary date according to Jemi started on Dec. 16, 1974. They were together for over 48 years. 

Jemi started her Real Estate career after receiving her Real Estate license in 1974 and later her Notary Public. Her real estate license was active until her passing. Jemi finished her Real Estate career at First American Title Insurance Co. as an Escrow Officer in National Commercial accounts in 2007.

Jemi is survived by her husband Ralph and son John English. The grandchildren and great grandchildren are many with one more great grandchild on the way. Daughter Jodette AKA Jodi passed away on March 28, 2015. Jemi and Ralph enjoyed several cruises and many vacations with Ralph's sister and extended family members. 

Jemi's favorite time of day was our daily happy hours together. She loved going out to dinner, not to mention a Saturday lunch with the "girls". Goldilocks as she was known by Ralph will be missed by all who knew her. 

Family and friends are invited to attend the church service at the Chapel of Orange. Burial will take place at Santa Ana Cemetery, details are listed below.
