James “Jim” Deane Williams, 83, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.
Born on January 17, 1942, in Spokane, Washington he spent his life devoted to his family. He spent much of his life on the open road as a proud truck driver. He was known for his humor, strong work ethic, sharp wit and ability to brighten every room he walked in.
Jim is survived by his wife of 59 years, Karol; their son James; their dog Girly Girl; and their four grandchildren; Scotty, Dylan, Ashley and James.
A memorial service will be held will be held on August 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at El Toro Memorial Park. A celebration of life will be held after service at the East Clubhouse in Tustin Meadows.
He finally made it to the big leagues —watching the Angels from above, with a front-row seat and his own halo. No more traffic, no more strikeouts — just eternal home runs.
