Hector Nevarez

On Monday, December 21, 2020, Hector Nevarez, a loving husband, father, and grandpa, passed away at the age of 69.

Hector was born on July 2, 1951 to Ernesto and Dolores Nevarez in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua.

As a young man, he worked at Jeffer in Nogales Mexico where he met his beloved wife Teresa, and on 12/27/1977 they married and remained married until he went to be with the Lord. In 1987 they moved to California where Hector became a born-again Christian. He dedicated his life to serving God and raising his two sons Ernesto and Emanuel in the ways of the Lord.

Hector lived his life by his favorite Bible verse, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13, and he placed his faith in the Lord even through sickness. He was an outgoing person and a friend to many in his church and his community. He loved his family, loved helping others, and above all, loved the Lord.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa, his sons Ernesto and Emanuel, and his brother Miguel Nevarez. His family takes rest in knowing he is now with the Lord.

Funeral services will be on January 14, 2021, from 4pm-7pm at the Chapel Of Orange 215 N Grand Street, Orange, CA 92866
