Augusta, GA – Gloria Fish, 94, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 7, 2021.  Gloria was the beloved wife of 66 years to Guy Fish who passed away in 2013.

Born in Ashtabula, Ohio, Gloria married Guy in 1946 following his service in the Army during WWII.  Gloria and Guy moved to Anaheim, California around 1950 and lived in California most of their lives until 2012 when they moved to Augusta, Georgia to live with their daughter, Gina Damen.

Gloria was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved God and prayed for her family constantly.  She was an amazing cook, best known for her Italian meatballs, eggplant parmesan, and spaghetti sauce.  She put love into every meal and her food always brought the family together.  Gloria loved to dance and could be found at the center of family gatherings making everyone laugh.  She loved to vacation in Vegas with her husband and was always a lucky hand at gin rummy.  Gloria was an avid bowler and member of the Sons of Italy Anaheim Lodge, as well as a member of the San Antonio Catholic Church in Anaheim Hills, CA.

She is survived by her daughter:  Gina Damen with husband Robert of Evans, GA; grandchildren Kaylie Damen with fiancé Alex Atkins of Atlanta, GA and Nathan Damen with Morgan Stickland of Atlanta, GA; and her many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Chapel of Orange, 215 N. Grand St., Orange, CA.  Interment to follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 7845 E. Santiago Canyon Rd., Orange, CA.
