In loving memory of Fred W. Waugaman

Wonderful husband, father, brother and friend.

Fred passed away April 19th due to a decline in his health. He was born on December 31, 1953 in Penna and moved to California with his family.

Fred is survived by his wife Debie, daughter Renee and two sisters Kathy Horwatt and Anna Kingsbury and several nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude and love to all those who have supported us during this hard time.
