Elsie Margaret Black

Elsie M Black passed away at 92 years of age on January 13th, 2020. She was born on June 17th, 1927 in Arlington Massachusetts, the daughter of Frances and Dorothy Lordan. 

She married Paul Edward Black on her 18th birthday. They were happily married for 62 years when he passed away in 2008.

She retired after 30 years from the County of Orange working as an accountant and analyst. She enjoyed her retirement traveling the world with her husband Paul. They also spent time as clowns with the Clown Association of Orange County visiting children's hospitals, nursing homes and participating in parades. Paul's clown name was Tiny and Elsie's was Bubbles! 

She was the loving mother of Paul Black Jr., Kathleen Black and Susanne Indovina. Kathleen passed away in 2011. Elsie had 8 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Elsie was a selfless, loving person. She will be sadly missed by her surviving children Paul and Sue, family and friends.
