Elizabeth Lambrose

Elizabeth "Libby" Martin Lambrose
Elizabeth "Libby" Lambrose was born on May  12, 1935 and passed away on October 8, 2020.  She grew up in Long Beach, CA.  Libby attended St. Anthony High School class of 1952. She attended Long Beach City College, UCLA and was a member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. 
She was married for 57 years to Bill Lambrose.  Libby had a long career working together with Bill in their tax preparation business.  She has always enjoyed different sports, but especially volleyball.  Libby spiked the ball during her sand volleyball matches in Long Beach, bringing her young kids to the recreational parks and to sports centers in Orange County.  She played well into her 60's.  
Libby enjoyed watching Angel Games, playing piano, golfing, annual visits to Maui, hanging out with her grandchildren, and playing as much bridge as possible.  
Libby is survived by her sister, Therese Martin O'Meara
Five children:  Tom Lambrose (Kathee), Laurie Hirata, John Lambrose, Mike Lambrose (Marietta) and Christine Kennedy.
Twelve grandchildren:  Jonathan Hirata (Gabby), Jennifer Hirata-Marwah (Nuveen), Jacob Hirata, Christina Lambrose-Rooze (Tyler), Diana Lambrose-Phlegar (Josh), Tommy  Lamrose, Mitchell Lambrose, Matthew Lambrose, James Kennedy, Rachel Kennedy, Benjamin Kennedy and Faith Kennedy.
Five great grandchildren: Jax Lambrose, Matthew Marwah, Caleb Marwah, Ileana Marwah, Kelly Hirata
Graveside Service on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 2:00 pm at
Holy Sepulcher Cemetery 
Memorial Party will be scheduled at a later date.
