Joaquin Anthony Siles, who was 86 years old, passed away on May 3, 2024, in Orange, California. He was born on May 10, 1937, in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Joaquin was a remarkable individual, who touched the lives of many with his kindness, intelligence, and generosity. His Bolivian heritage and American experiences shaped his unique perspective, making him an exceptional human being.

Joaquin and his beloved wife, Ruth, raised five sons, who reflected on the positive impact he had on their lives. He instilled in them the values of education, sports, music, and high moral principles. His devotion to his Catholic faith helped him overcome challenges throughout his life, inspiring all who knew him.

Joaquin had a distinguished career. He started as a center forward for prestigious football clubs in Chile and Bolivia before becoming a dentist in Bolivia. He wanted to raise his family in America, which would allow him better opportunities. He was accepted into the University of Southern California, where he earned a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1975. He was later accepted and graduated from LVI (Las Vegas Institute), an institute where only the highest qualified have the privilege to attend. His dedication and hard work both on and off the field made him a true champion.

Joaquin is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Ruth, their five sons Joaquin, Sandro, Eric, Richie, and Andrew, seven grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

Joaquin's passion for classical piano, golf, tennis, and capturing the beauty of cosmetic dentistry through photography brought joy to those around him.

His legacy of love and devotion will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held at St. Norbert's Catholic Church, 300 E Taft Ave., Orange, California, on Thursday, May 9, at 10:00 AM to honor and celebrate Joaquin Anthony Siles' life.
