David Raymond Miller, 78, of Orange, CA, passed away in Orange CA on November 11, 2024.

He was born in Orange, CA to Lillian Anne Miller and Frederick Ernest Miller, and attended Orange High School before attending Fullerton College and Long Beach State University. He spent most of his career as a civil engineer in various companies in Orange County. David was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Orange.  He was truly his happiest when he had the opportunity to drill down into the details of complex projects, and his work was exemplary. While most knew him to be a private, introspective person, he valued Christianity and community involvement.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Anne Miller (Hallenberger), his father, Frederick Earnest Miller, and his step brothers, Kenneth Koch and Herbert Koch. He is survived by his brother, Richard Miller, and his nieces and nephews from his step-brothers' side.

David's memorial service is December 14, 2024 at 10:30 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
