Daniel Melendez, was born June 1, 1948 and entered heaven on September 10, 2024. Dan was 76 years old and a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. A hardworking man from the Orange County area who went above and beyond to provide for his family. Loved his wife and spending time with his sons and grand kids. Never missing an opportunity to take a family vacation, attend a sporting event, or attend his grandson's football and basketball games. He loved spending time with his aunts & uncles, brothers & sisters, and the many cousins and friends of the Colonia Juarez.

Dan was an avid Rams fan and enjoyed rooting for his favorite football team, watching both Dodger & Angel baseball, and anything golf. Many of us will never forget how he called his wife "Hon", being known as "Mister Itinerary", and the pride he had for his grandchildren.

Dan is survived by his loving wife, Adelina, his two sons Daniel Jr and Ed, his 7 grandchildren Erica, Ryan, Josh, Destiny, Arianna, Edward, and Gabriel, and his grand-dog, Luna. Dan will be missed dearly but through the strong Catholic faith of his family, they are comforted knowing that he is resting in peace with our Lord, Jesus Christ. May Dan's love for us and the Love of our Lord shine upon us always.
