Carol L Bourne

Carol L. Bourne (Loewe), age 82, went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 5, 2022 in Orange, CA.

Carol was born in Chicago to Carleen Loewe (Rosenfeldt) on July 10, 1940. She was raised by her mother and grandmother Louise Rosenfeldt (Walther) in Elmhurst, IL., and graduated from York High School in 1958.

Carol married Kenneth M. Bourne on August 31, 1963, at Grace Lutheran Church in Glen Ellyn, IL. The couple and their three children - Robert, Donna, and Donald - moved from Glen Ellyn to Orange in 1978.

Carol was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Orange and joyfully sang in the choir for many years.

Carol is preceded in death by her daughter Donna (2008). She is survived by her husband Kenneth; sons Robert (Julie) and Donald (Sarah); 5 grandchildren - Jason, Kayla, Alison, Emily, and Samuel; 4 great granddaughters; and her Quigley cousins in IL.
