Carol Evelyn Beil

Carol Evelyn Beil, 90, of Orange, California, passed away Saturday July 9, 2022. She was born in Astoria, Oregon, on December 22, 1931, to Jalmar and Lucy Gerttula, and grew up in Brownsmead Oregon on Long Island farm. She was a retired administrative secretary for the Orange Unified School District, and former Holy Family School secretary.

She is survived by sons David, Jim (Judy), and daughter Linda Hager (Vince), three grandchildren Ryan, Evan, and Rachel, and four great grandchildren Ryan, Karson, Jack, and Keira. She was preceded in death by her husband George, brothers Gene, Dick and Gordon Gerttula, and sister Joyce Vinson Smith.

Services: Thursday, August 4th at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Cathedral and interment following at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange.
