It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Balbino Ernest Billa (Bal) on Friday, March 29, 2019 after reaching the age of 79 years old. After years of failing health, he died peacefully with his Beloved wife Marylou and loved ones by his side.
Bal was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great grandpa, who dedicated many years of his life to supporting and taking care of his family. He was a hardworking man that took pride in all he did and would never give up. Family was the pivotal essence of Bal’s life. He was proud and honored to be the patriarch to his family. He has been a major presence in the lives of his children and grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Robert and Cipriana Billa born November 7, 1939 in Orange County, California. Survived by his siblings Loretta, Ruth and Robert Billa.
Loving father of Steven Billa, Lisa and Sandra Guzman. Loving Father In-law of Lisa Billa and Chris Sanchez.
He was the proud grandfather to Irene, Roxanne, Paul Jr., Steven Jr., Ashley, Blake, Sierra and proud great-grandpa to Adam, Lil Paul, Natalia, Calvin and Aiden.
He had a long-standing relationship with God and was very blessed with his faith to his dying breath. He gained his wings joining his siblings Fred & Lydia and two sons Balbino Jr. & Paul.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
