Richard A. Garcia

Richard A. Garcia was 87 when he passed away on September 19, 2017. Richard was born in East Los Angeles on October 7, 1929 and was the youngest of 5 children. He was a loving father and grandfather. He joined his wife Julia who passed in 2011.

He served our country in WW2 & earned a WW2 victory metal.

For those who knew him best, knew that he was a kind, loving, and gentle man who would do anything for his family. He will always be remembered and missed.
