Mrs. Mink, 92, passed away Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at Wildwood Canyon Villa, Yucaipa, CA. She was born April 12, 1925 to Carroll T. Sr. and Ruth (George) Tate in Bogota, Illinois.

Together, Paul and Betty delivered Meals on Wheels in Orange for twenty-two years.
