Audrey Jean (Vaughn) Webb

On the morning of Sunday, August 11, 2019, Audrey Vaughn Webb passed away peacefully at the age of 93 in Orange, California.

 Audrey was born in Balcom, Illinois on September 28, 1925, to Everett and Mamie Vaughn. She was one of four sisters, Hazel, Pat and Barbara. She started first grade at the age of 4 and graduated High School at 16. She met the love of her life, Cecil Webb, and after only 20 days of dating, they eloped to Pickett Arkansas. They were married for 53 years!!! And they said it wouldn’t last!

They moved to California in 1964 and Audrey started work at First National Bank/Wells Fargo, and retired at the age of 57. Cecil and Audrey loved to gamble, and made many trips to the casinos in Nevada, the Indian Casinos in California, and the “boat” in Indiana. They loved watching Angel Games, and spending time with family.

Audrey is survived by her 3 children, Stephen, Lynda and Jayne, her Grandchildren, Shannon, Jessica, Christopher, Heather, Kelly, Neal Jr, Heather and Mark, her Great Grandchildren, Erika, Stefanie, Dylan, Savannah, Sydney, Connor, Sophia, Landon, Mikey, Julia, Jackson and Faith, along with many more loving family members. Audrey was a kind and gentle soul, who lived a long and wonderful life and loved her family above all else. She will be greatly missed by all.
