The family moved to Richmond, California, and John remarried to Lila Ross. In 1968, they moved again to Villa Park. His brother, David, and sister, Rachel were born soon after. Fred graduated from Villa Park High School and received a bachelor degree from Cal State Fullerton. Afterward, Fred worked in sales, and had talents in closing the sale and networking.
He found his soulmate, in Zenaida Nicolas, and they were married in 1996. Together, they ran Beavans Medical, a durable medical equipment business for over 20 years.
Fred loved having fun and telling jokes. He was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49'ers, and Anaheim Angels, with a collection of signed memorabilia. He truly loved his family, friends, God, and was filled with praise about all that Jesus had done in his life.
