Clarence John Mack

Clarence John Mack, Clarence passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 20, 2017.

He was born to John F. Mack and Mary Annie Gust Mack on February 27, 1922. He married Agraphine Popowski on June 23, 1942. They moved from East Grand Forks, Minnesota to Orange, California in 1964, where he resided until his death. He is survived by his children, Clarence (Connie) Mack Jr., Grand Forks, ND; Diane Kirk of Rescue, CA, Gerald Mack of Athol, ID, Dean (Randa) Mack of Murietta, CA,  Cynthia Andrade of Grant, FL, and Suellen (Gary) Baughman of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Agraphine, by his son, John W. Mack, and two grandsons, John Keegan and Brian Mack. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. He was the embodiment of selflessness, joy, compassion, and love. His positive outlook on life was infectious, and you couldn’t help but smile whenever you were in his presence. He will be missed dearly by his family and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.Visitation will be held at Shannon Family Mortuary in Orange, California on June 25, 2017 at 3 PM. Funeral services will be held at St. Norbert’s Catholic Church in Orange, California at 10 AM on Monday June 26, 2017.
