On Saturday, April 14th 2018, we lost our dear son, Brett Kevin Meng, 22, due to complications with acute Pancreatitis and Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He is with Jesus now and is no longer suffering physically or emotionally. This great loss has left us devastated. He loved his family, video games, ketchup, and superheroes. Batman was his favorite. He was our go-to I.T. guy and secretly loved it. Brett loved his family very much and would fiercely defend us if need be. Through all his struggles in life, he knew we loved him and our bond grew stronger. He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Rene` Meng, his loving sister Lindsey Meng of Anaheim, his Grandmother Betty Hornak of San Jacinto, along with Aunt Connie Koenig of Chino, Uncle Patrick and Aunt Sheila Hornak of Corona and Uncle Bill and Aunt Sandy Meng of Menifee. He joins his Grandparents William and Agnes Meng and Adrian Hornak in Heaven along with cousin Nick Floch. He loved his cousins Christy Koenig, Scott Koenig, Kathleen McKerry, Jameson McKerry, Kieran McKerry, and Noelle Koenig. A special thanks to Sherry Gallagher for all her High school love. We are heartbroken at the loss of a true Superhero. The colors are not the same, The world is different now. We will see you again, Brett. We love you immensely and we will always be a family of 4
